Safari Keyboard Navigation Options
I'm hoping for keyboard navigation in Safari. It is the only thing holding me back (other than extensions, but they're secondary) from switching from Firefox. I'm a heavy keyboard user.
On Firefox, there are keyboard shortcuts such as " / " and " ' " which allow you to Quick Find on the page, and Quick Find Links on the page. The best part is that after finding, I can actually Tab around the text or link that is highlighted, to select either a link or a form element and press the enter/return key to activate (click on) the link.
I understand that in Safari, you can use Option+Tab to navigate through all the links and form elements on the page. It's really tedious and useless when you can't jump to a certain portion of the page to begin tabbing. (Imagine a long page with lots of links or form elements)
I need true mouseless web browsing but with the speed improvements of WebKit/Safari !

Inappropriate?I like this. I would switch to Safari, but as a web developer, not being able to click on links with the keyboard wastes my time.

Inappropriate?In firefox, I can press "f" and have all the links on the page labeled with numbers, a la their tab order. Typing one of the numbers then follows that link or clicks that element.
Truly mouseless navigation is a joy.

Inappropriate?Safari Version 5 provides a keyboard short cut for tabbing through links. Option-Tab. Not quite as slick as http://vimperator.org/ but better than touching that damned rodent :)
Other Safari shortcuts I like:
* shift-command-] scroll through tabs (right)
* shift-command-[ scroll through tabs (left)
* shift-[ back
* shift-] forward
* command-shift-h home page
Plus, there are the near universal shortcuts:
* command-l go to and select URL in URL field
* shift-command-f go to and select search field
