Create a book for your grandmother. It will make her cry.

For Christmas last year I made a book for my grandmother with stories and memories of time I spent with her as a child, chock full of photos from that period. She literally sobbed when she opened it and hasn't stopped proudly showing it to everyone she sees. I don't think there's a gift I could've given her that would have meant more.
