Nike+ Coach and My Runs Problems

I am trying to use the coach facility to train for a marathon and did a 5 mile run last night but the run shows up as done last week in the Training Programme but is correct in My Runs!! Please fix this as it makes it pointless if you cannot record your progress correctly. Very Frustrated with the website as a whole - Not at all user friendly
