Training program dissapearing

i started a new training program in the Nike+ beta, and then one day it just didnt show up in the coach section. i had to restart the training, but luckily i could choose the start date in the past, so i just kept going. However, i would like it to stay loaded, and some email alerts detailing the workout would be nice. so i dont have to log on to see my work out everyday.
