Twitter/ Facebook Broadcasting
I think there should be more preferences for Twitter/Facebook broadcasting.
For example: Boxes to check for Share: Runs, Challenges, etc. That way you don't have to share Challenges if you don't want to.
Additionally, I think it would be good to have some way to update your twitter or facebook status MANUALLY. That way only runs I want to send to these networking sites will show.
