Inappropriate?GS stands for General Strength. A General Strengh circuit will normally comprise of bodyweight exercises that don't incorporate any additional loading. A normal GS circuit might include push-ups, squats, abdominal exercises, triceps bench dips, step-ups - you get the idea!
