Dave Rhea replied on February 09, 2010 00:28 to the question "not working wordpress feed" in Widgetbox:
Hi there,
Your feed does not look to have any images in it. If you'd like us to pull images from the feed, the feed must have images.
As for the 'feed too long' message, could this possibly be 'feed took too long to load' or a similar message? If so, this would mean that your feed responded too slowly. You could get around this using a feed proxy, such as feedburner.com
Hope this helps!
Dave

Yes, as I said, widgets installed by Pro users will have NO ads. That includes the ads that you included and made ad-compliant.
I imagine your friend viewed the widget that you had already installed to your site, correct? If so, as I said, this widget will not have ads since you (a Pro user) installed it.

That seems to be working for me, although the widget is within a column, so the overflow is hidden. I bumped the width up to 400 and published changes.
What size are you trying to set the widget to? I set it to 240px wide for now. – Dave Rhea, on February 08, 2010 23:31

Hey Rob,
Thanks for the reply. For the email bit, would you mind shooting me an email at support@widgetbox.com? I can't get your email address from here, unfortunately. I have someone here that would like to go over some of this stuff with you, as she'll be writing it all up.
The iGoogle gallery submission stuff is not currently supported. It's certainly a fair request, but in the meantime, you can get around this by using one of our code snippets and building your own XML for submission to Google.
I'll certainly be curious to see how the FB apps transfer over. Our implementation is a bit different from Clearsprings. I believe they used a method similar to our original approach, which we were forced to scrap sometime back when Facebook made some platform changes.
Anyhow, looking forward to speaking with you via email. Thanks again for the great info.
Cheers,
Dave

On this page, if you change the size (currently 180x350), then click Publish Changes, the installed widget on your above page should change.
I changed the height, published, viewed your site and saw the height change as expected. I then changed the height back,

Hi Nick,
No, there is no current max. Currently, there's no way to hide the results altogether. The only option in relation to results is to only show results once they've voted, or to always show the 'show results' button. – Dave Rhea, on February 08, 2010 21:44

I haven't been able to gather any more info about this yet, but it sure does sound like Flash Shared Object space is still the culprit, since that's the only thing that would be cross-browser, cross-user, etc. Maybe the shared object is failing to do something (e.g. flash issue).
We'll keep investigating. – Dave Rhea, on February 08, 2010 21:22

Hey there,
This looks like you have it working properly. You can play with ads on/off here:

Hi Jim,
Are you looking at a widget installed to your site? If so, you'll need to edit that installed widget. Changing the default size for your widget won't go out and change all of the sizes that people previously set on the widget. Alternatively, you can reinstall the widget.
If I'm heading the wrong direction with this, please post a link to your widget.
