A comment on the problem "Expedia Does not Care about Customers" in Expedia:
A week before the one year anniversary of expedia canceling my flights I finally got my refund. I ended up going through the State Department for Consumer Affairs. It still took a few months within that process, but things definitely started moving once the State was involved.
Expedia WILL NOT GIVE A RATS ASS about one person complaining. Obviously, they have pissed off a number of individuals. Get a state board on your side that will potentially put them on a buyer-beware list. Being on that list will cost them much more business than one person complaining, and they will be much more likely to respond to you. – Jake, on February 26, 2010 19:01
