Meghan - Mix can only be accessed via your iPhone/iPod. There isn't a web version of Mix, so you will need to update your profile directly from Mix on your phone. If you have email setup, you can always email yourself a photo, save it to your iPod, and then upload it to Mix. – LooptChris, on February 17, 2010 23:19

A comment on the problem "Push notifications stopped working" in Loopt:

Oh, you must be talking about Loopt Mix instead of the regular version of Loopt. Your data will be saved if you reinstall. However, you should first check your Settings. From the iPhone Home screen, go to Settings, Notifications, Loopt Mix, and make sure all items are ON. Then go to the Mix application, Profile in the lower right, Settings in the upper left, turn Public Profile ON, New Chat Alert ON, New Chat Sound ON, then back to My Profile in the upper left, and Save in the upper right if it's available. Otherwise, go back to People Nearby in the lower left, exit Mix, and then restart it. That should take care of it. If not, try reinstalling it. – LooptChris, on February 12, 2010 22:01

Hi Jim,

There were issues with push notifications a couple weeks ago, but they should all be working now. If you remove Loopt from your iPhone/iPod and reinstall it from the app store, you'll be able to login to your same Loopt account. Make sure the Alerts in Loopt's Settings are set set to Push. Let us know if that doesn't resolve things for you.

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble. There was an issue with the App World files. It should be resolved very soon. In the meantime, you should be able to obtain the latest build by going to www.loopt.com in your BlackBerry browser.

Hi. It sounds like you need to reset your link to Facebook. To do so, visit the link below on your computer, login, and then choose the option at the bottom of the page to Disable the Facebook link, then Re-Enable it and set your desired options.

I think it will continue to get better over time. Our next build should make things a bit better, and there's a chance we will have access to better location info soon.
