Nathan replied on March 16, 2010 19:28 to the idea "Global Chart Position Comparison" in Flickchart:
If you mouse over those line graphs, they show that they represent the movement of that particular film in the last 45 days. The numbers (those "0's") are actually representing the movement in the past 24 hours.
We know it's not necessarily easy to get that just by looking at them. We may still change those in the future - or at the very least, make it more obvious what they mean.

A comment on the idea "Wrong release dates" in Flickchart:
Making a note here that we are no longer going by wide releases as stated above, as there was too much contention. We're now going by earliest known public screening of a film. This means at a premiere, festival showing, etc., but not at something like a closed event strictly for studio usage (like a polling screening, or other non-public showing). – Nathan, on March 14, 2010 21:30

Nathan replied on March 14, 2010 17:01 to the problem "Bad listing information on Thirteen Ghosts" in Flickchart:
It's fixed, thanks for the heads up on the director being off...
It is referred to as "Thir13en Ghosts" on IMDb as the main title, but yeah, these titles that are strange ("Se7en" is another one) annoy me too. I agree that we do need to implement a way to find films by alternate titles (or in these cases, the more "normal" spellings of titles).

Glad you found a workaround. We're still trying to figure out the source of the error and prevent it from occurring in the future. Thanks for your patience. – Nathan, on March 14, 2010 16:46
A comment on the question "Idea: Download/printable list of favorite movies" in Flickchart:
Sorry CeeTee, nothing yet. We do know it's an interest of many users though - we're just having to prioritize our efforts and haven't had time to devote to it just yet. – Nathan, on March 14, 2010 16:44
Nathan replied on March 14, 2010 16:43 to the idea "Sort chart by 'most seen'" in Flickchart:
Well, your "Haven't Seen" list is ordered by the films' global rankings, which tend to also be films a lot of people have seen...
That being said, the ability to also further sort any list by most viewed rather than rankings could certainly be compelling. We'll mark it as something to consider. Thanks for the suggestion!
