It sounds like this is a Flash issue. Can you upgrade to the latest version/build that your machine can run and see if that resolves the issue?

This is definitely a bug. It is somewhat erratic though. I ran into it last night but hadn't for quite a while. Is there a certain setup that you're using that you're running into this with?

You should have received an e-mail receipt from us when you made the purchase. If that's not the case, can you check your e-mail account's spam folder? Sometimes they end up there.

If you still can't find it, please shoot us an e-mail (contact@dropio.com) with the name of your drop and we can look into our billing system, pull the information and get you a receipt.

Is it just the icon in the status bar not appearing? I'm using FF 3.5.7, and every prior version was tested and worked. Are you seeing an entry in the tools menu for drop.io?

Can you tell me what version of FF you're running?

Also, can you check to see if your status bar is enabled?

Hey Cam,

The best thing to do in this situation is to delete the file and give it another shot. It may have just been a temporary issue with our conversion process. If that doesn't solve the problem, it might be related to the way the video was encoded.

If you generated the video and aren't having success with its conversion, trying an alternate audio/video encoding will probably resolve the issue.

Hey technonot,

Are you getting an error message when trying to install the add-on? Can you describe the behavior?

About the upload to your drop, you might have to wait a bit after it reaches the 100% mark. This will sometimes be the case for larger files.
