Need to change link behavior so that Skribit opens in a new tab/window
How do I change the way the "see all # suggestions" link functions. I want it to open Skribit in a new tab or window, not take visitors away from my site. Is there a way to edit the JavaScript function?

Okay fixed now, for real. haha. Might have to shift-refresh to get the latest version of the Javascript. that being said I think it will be interesting to add this as an option for users - "open widget links in a new window?" , et cetera.
That being said, I never noticed this because out of habit I always command-click or right-click open in new tab to get the behavior I want.

Actually I just went ahead and pushed a simple fix. Might take up to 24 hours for the new version to appear on our CDN.

Inappropriate?Hey Randy - that's something we'll have to do on our end. I'll fix this tomorrow morning and let you know when it's up! I agree that's a better functionality. I just need to add a target _blank to that link.
Best,
Paul

Great. Appreciate this. We have a small web design company and it is one of our pet peeves when we get taken away from the site we are on w/o having options. I look forward to seeing what you come up with. Thanks for the fast response! -

Wow! Working a bit late? Thanks. Greatly appreciate it. Now hopefully Skribit will help me with get this project off the ground. -
Whoops! Problem! I'm using FF and now when I click on the link a new BLANK tab opens, I am taken right to that tab and meanwhile my starting tab/blog navigates to Skribit as before! Not quite what was supposed to happen! Back to the code board... Sorry :( -
Inappropriate?ugh yeah i noticed that this morning.. not the expected behavior! haha. Digging into that now..

No prob. having been around code warriors a great deal, I understand completely! It's the Law of Unintended Consequences. The joke around here is that there is a accidental period somewhere... -
